WHERE WE MEET
Our meeting point for all classes except our indoor class is:
Rear of St Thomas House, Mansfield Road , Derby, DE1 3TN.
There is ample car parking and toilets are available at the gym in St Thomas House.
Everyone gathers 10 minutes before start time and classes start promptly to schedule (as we are ex-military!)
If it is your first time trying out, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before hand, so can ask to complete a brief health questionnaire.
