Group Outdoor Fitness

Our standard issue - these classes are varied using a wide variety of training techniques. Covering several kilometres during the hour long class, these are challenging but fun to maximise your fitness and encouraged by a positive, banter led atmosphere.

Run Club

Many of our members run either competitively or in events, so we made a special club to ensure DOFfers work on their technique. 



Every athlete should do yoga. It works on strength, flexibility, balance, agility,  and overall endurance amongst other things. Taught by a qualified yoga teacher, doing yoga will mean you recover faster and get more out of your regular DOF classes.

Indoor classes

Just for a change, we do an indoor circuit class 

Action packed, it hits all of the key workout groups.

HIIT or High-intensity interval training gets you fit fast. It burns more calories while you're working out and burns more fat in less time.

DOF Social

DOF is all about community. We do regular social events including regular events such as walks, quizzes and nights out.



Derby Outdoor Fitness (or DOF for short) offers Derby's best group outdoor fitness classes and a lot more. 

No matter what your ability is, our experienced team of instructors are here to ensure you get fit and have fun.


With a dedicated community, our members help make Derby Outdoor Fitness what it is. Friendly, positive and never boring, we are always right by your side.
